Every project we support is shaped by community priorities, guided by long-term impact, and rooted in economic self-determination.
Chad and Nick, rooted in the territories of the Kwikwetlem, Musqueam, Squamish, Stó:lō and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations, dreamt of fostering a nationwide sense of community from a young ages of 9 and 10.
Chad devoted a decade to socio-economic development, bridging partnerships across Indigenous communities, non-profits and governmental realms. Simultaneously, Nick channeled his energies into entrepreneurship, amassing over $100 million in funding across fields like sustainability, tech, and health research.
Together, they created Unify Partners and ClimateDoor to bring together expertise, funding, and trusted partnerships that drive meaningful change across sectors. We’re action-focused and relationship-driven, supporting Indigenous communities in advancing clean, self-determined growth. If your Nation is exploring opportunities for impact, innovation, or long-term economic development, we’re here to help make it happen.
The foundation of our commitment to driving inclusive partnerships.
