Engagement Partner and CEO

Chad Rickaby is a cleantech scaling and Indigenous partnership strategist who leads with a focus on strategic connection, systems thinking, and long-term impact. He brings deep knowledge of policy and community development, identifying aligned opportunities and shaping initiatives that are both technically sound and rooted in the values and priorities of Indigenous Nations.

With an extensive background in government relations and international trade, Chad has collaborated with governments, Indigenous communities, investors, and climate financing entities to secure millions in funding and advance sustainable business growth. His work spans federal funders, the United Nations, international governments, and global corporations, honing his expertise in building partnerships that bridge vision and execution.

Chad holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Global Affairs from the University of British Columbia, complemented by certifications such as Working Effectively with Indigenous Peoples® and Gender-Based Analysis+. His strengths include government relations, blended finance structuring, grant writing, strategic planning, and project management.
