Roman is a Ts’msyen First Nations business professional with extensive experience supporting Indigenous organizations through governance, economic development, and community partnerships. As Indigenous Partnership Lead with Unify, Roman works with First Nations councils, community organizations, and partners to support projects in areas such as housing, food security, cultural initiatives, and economic development. His background includes senior leadership roles as Executive Director of the Prince Rupert & District Chamber of Commerce and COO / Co-Founder of the Ts’msyen Prosperity Society, where he led grant writing, policy development, and the establishment of organizational bylaws and governance structures. Roman brings a practical, relationship-focused approach grounded in on-the-ground experience working with Indigenous communities and regional partners.
