Jessica Bloomfield is a proud member of War Lake First Nation and a strategy professional who brings both business sense and creativity to her work. As a Senior Strategic Advisor in the Indigenous Strategy, Research and Business Development department at Red River College Polytechnic, she helps put strategy into practice, supporting initiatives from concept to delivery and developing reporting frameworks aligned with the College's Strategic Plan. Her work advances Indigenous post-secondary education, and she embeds the Truth and Reconciliation Commission's Calls to Action throughout it. Jessica is passionate about innovation and about building strong working relationships with partners across the country. She raises Indigenous concerns and builds awareness through educational and professional forums, and advocates for northern Manitoba communities from a First Nations perspective. At Unify, she advises on community needs and engagement so that partnerships reflect the priorities of the Nations involved.
